Quick Tip: How to Run An Effective Team Meeting

I am back with another quick tip episode. These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

Do you know how to run an effective team meeting?

They can be a huge time waster if they aren’t structured well, and I don’t think this is talked about enough!

A lot of people actually think that this is something that just happens with corporate jobs, but I am here to tell you that it happens all the time in the online business world too. There are so many meetings that we spend our time in that don’t move the needle.

In this quick tip episode, I am sharing with you the team meeting structure that I have learned and adapted over the years in my business after trying many different frameworks. I am also sharing what strategies from different frameworks I have adopted, which ones I haven’t, and why.

I know that you want to get the most out of the time you spend in your business, so I hope this episode helps you start to run an effective team meeting that makes all the difference in your productivity and your team’s productivity.

I really believe that weekly team meetings are the best way to be productive, but you might find another strategy that works better for you! I want to hear about it. DM on Instagram @rickmulready to share or ask me any questions that you have about it!

I also want to invite you to apply for my accelerator coaching program. My team, community and I will help you take your business to the next level without working harder or longer. This is for those of you that are already making $7-8k per month in revenue! If that sounds like you, we are accepting applications for my 12-month program at rickmulready.com/accelerator
