Facebook Marketing Secrets from ShortStack CEO Jim Belosic

Jim-Belosic-of-ShortstackI recently had the great opportunity to sit down and interview ShortStack CEO and Facebook marketing expert, Jim Belosic.

For those of you who don’t know, ShortStack is a tool that allows you to create custom Facebook apps, or mini-websites within your Facebook page.

Apps can be used for things like growing your email list, contests, giveaways, fan interaction and increasing “likes”.

It’s the easiest tool I’ve come across to create apps for both my page and those of my clients.  It’s pretty much drag and drop, and you don’t need to know any coding (great for me because my coding knowledge is pretty much zero).

And, it’s free to use up to 2,000 fans.

Jim’s grown ShortStack to one of the most popular app tools on the market today and he’s become a much sought after expert on  Facebook marketing.

In this interview, you’ll learn Facebook Marketing secrets like:

        • Jim’s top 3 tips for a small business or online entrepreneur who is brand new to or recently started out on Facebook. Tip #2 may surprise you!

        • The best way to maximize engagement on Facebook with your audience.

        • How you can immediately take advantage of what Facebook does best: word-of-mouth marketing.

        • The story of how one small business marketed their new low-priced product on Facebook and sold over 44,000 units, and what you could do to replicate their success.

        • Jim’s two ninja marketing tricks that small businesses can implement on Facebook today.

        • Where Jim sees Facebook heading in the next 1-2 years and how you can take advantage of it.

        • Plus more great info!

During the interview, a weird noise in the background broke out (at about the 10:00 mark) that I couldn’t for the life of me figure out what it was.

When the interview was over I asked Jim about it and he apologized, unaware it was coming across in the recording.

He told me what it was and we had a good laugh about it.

Can you figure out what the sound is?

Here’s what I want you to do:  go to my Facebook page Facebook.com/rmulready, “like it” if you haven’t already, and leave a comment with your guess.
