Content Specialist 

Growing, fast-paced online marketing coaching business in San Diego looking for a smart, ambitious A-Player Content Creator who can jump in and make an immediate contribution to our Team! Part-time position with high growth potential.

The ideal candidate is an organizational ninja who doesn’t let anything drop, a go-getter who loves to dot I’s and cross T’s! Your primary focus will be creating top-notch digital content (research, write, and edit) podcast content, blog content, organic and paid social media content, and training course content. This is a part-time position ranging from 20-30 hours per week to start. Our hope is to create a long-term relationship and possibility of an increase in hours if it’s a good fit. 

Key Skills / Qualifications:

  • Strong writing, copy editing, and proofreading skills are a must.
  • A positive attitude, and a willingness and excitement to learn and grow.
  • Ability to stay up to date with what’s #trending.
  • You are a lover of learning. Nerd alert? It’s ok, we are too 😉
  • You are a grammatical wizard. You can spot typo’s a mile away.
  • You are a happy/glass half full kinda person.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Research industry-related topics.
  • Create training material and frameworks for digital courses, webinars, and live events.
  • Prepare well-structured outlines for podcast interviews.
  • Write email broadcasts.
  • Create social media posts.
  • Write blog posts and podcast show notes.
  • Develop case studies.
  • Craft and update website content.
  • Develop content that is actionable and valuable to our audience.
  • Edit content for flow and accuracy.
  • Brainstorm new ideas.

Marketing Assistant 

Growing, fast-paced online marketing coaching business in San Diego looking for a smart, ambitious A-Player Marketing Assistant who can jump in and make an immediate contribution to our Team! Part-time position with work from home flexibility and High Growth Potential

The ideal candidate is an organizational ninja who doesn’t let anything drop, a go-getter who loves to dot I’s and cross T’s! Your primary focus will be supporting our team with day to day activities that will range from helping plan a charity event or managing the team calendar to building landing pages and putting together Instagram stories. This is a part-time position ranging from 20-30 hours per week to start. Our hope is to create a long-term relationship and possibility of an increase in hours if it’s a good fit. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home part of the time!
