I am back with another quick tip episode. These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.
Here’s the truth: the number of business decisions that you’re going to need to make as your business grows is only going to increase.
I put my business decisions through what I call the values-based decision filter, and I do this no matter how big or small they are.
In this episode, I am sharing what this framework looks like and why it is so important to be clear on your values in order to do it.
The values-based decision filter will help you with decisiveness which falls under the “Optimized Mindset” pillar of the Optimized CEO method. As a reminder, the Optimized CEO method is made up of three pillars: optimized mindset, optimized sales and marketing, and optimized systems and processes.
As you gain strength in each pillar, you can begin to generate more revenue, have less stress, and create more freedom for yourself.
I really want to encourage you to take some time to get really clear on what your values are because every business decision that you’re making should run through the filter of your values.
I’d love to hear how you filter and think about making decisions. Shoot me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know any feedback that you have about this episode.
