All right, what's up, my friends? Rick, I'm already here. Welcome to episode number 700 of the Art of Online Business podcast. That is unbelievable. 700 podcast episodes here in the show, close to 11 million downloads of the podcast. And I just wanted to start off straight away here thanking you for tuning in and hanging out with me each and every week here on the show. I so appreciate the support and hearing from so many of you on a daily basis, the effect that the podcast has had on you and is having on you and helping you with your online business. So thank you for all your support. I would not be here, you know, 700 episodes in if it wasn't for you. So thank you so much. I've been really excited about today's episode, not only because it's episode number 700, but I've got a huge announcement for you.

It's today. And I wanna start off this announcement with a quick backstory. And so for years now, people have been asking to pick my brain. You know, you've heard that term. Kate, can I pick your brain for a second? And so I've been in an online business, I've been, I've had my business since January of 2014. So at the time this episode is coming out, so nine and a half, almost 10 years. And people have been asking me for years if they can pick my brain, hey, can, hey, can I take you to coffee, Rick, and pick your brain? Now, that is the weight to my heart. Yes. And you know, people just want to get my brain and my thoughts on their business, and I was able to do quite a bit of this early in my business. But as the business grew, and then later when I became a dad, my bandwidth, as you might imagine, really diminished as I focus my full attention in the business on my students who were paying a lot of money to get my brain on their business and still do.

And so you might be a little bit confused right now, listening to this episode. If you heard a few episodes ago, I talked about, and I announced that I'm taking a sabbatical from my business for 90 days, which began, depending on when you're listening to this. It began just a few days ago on, on May 1st. Now, if you listen to that episode, you may have heard me say that I'm gonna be spending some time on a special project during the sabbatical that my team and I have been working on in the background here on the, on the DL for a few months now. And so if you haven't been able to tell, I am fascinated by AI and what's happening in the space, and especially how it can help us with our online business and the tools that AI is allowing us to create. Now, early this year, I started thinking about how I could make this whole concept of asking me questions, picking my brain, getting my brain on your business a lot more accessible.

And so I started thinking about this and I, I wanted to create an accessible resource or a tool that any of you, any course or membership creator or online coach who wants coaching from me for their online business, can get it anytime you want it, anytime you want to pick my brain, 24 7, 365. So I started investigating possible ways to, to do this, and I looked at a lot of different options and talked to a ton of people, and I've created it and well, I, I've worked with people to create this. I'm not a technical person, so I've not done this myself, but I'm actually working on a couple teams right now. And this is exactly why I have created a custom conversational AI chatbot, which I'm calling pick Rick's brain that uses my decade's worth of knowledge so that you can ask the chatbot, you can ask the Rick Bott basically questions about your online business 24 hours a day, seven days a week, anytime you want it, and get actual answers and coaching, just like I would give you in a conversational manner.

It's like having a personal business coach on demand at your fingertips available any day, any time to guide you. And so I'm so excited to introduce to you pick Rick's Brain ai. Now, this isn't meant to replace my accelerator coaching program if you're somebody who wants in-person coaching with me, rather, as I said, the reason I am creating this is wanting to create an accessible resource that any course or membership creator or you're an online coach who wants coaching from me and wants to pick my brain essentially for their online business, can get it anytime you want to do that. And so the chatbot has been trained, so we've trained it based on several years of coaching calls that I've done from one-on-one coaching calls to group calls going back several years. I've trained it on questions that I've been asked in Facebook groups going back several years.

I've trained it on my over 700 podcast episodes that I've done. And I've also trained the AI in my style and tone of voice. Here's one of the big distinctions. Pick Rick's brain AI will only answer you from my own personal knowledge data set, not from the broad data that like chat G B T pulls from. So when you ask pick Rick's brain AI a question, you are only gonna get answers from within my decade's worth of data that we've put into it. Not like a broad data that, you know, that chat G B T pulls from. I didn't want to give you a chatbot that simply answers a question based on a podcast episode, for example, that I've done for me. The way that I coach is very different from that. Like if you come to me with a question I'm gonna get took to the root of what you're really asking and what you're really needing through, you know, asking you follow up, clarifying questions.

That way we get to the answer together. And yes, I'm also happy to just answer your question. And so what we've done here is we've created an AI-based chatbot to emulate my coaching style and how I talk and doing that needs a lot of what they call fine tuning, which is exactly what we, what we've created and what we're what we're doing. And so pick, Rick's brain has been trained to ask you the right questions and hold space for you first, just like I would as your coach. And then after that, the AI chatbot will give you specific advice based on all the years of training data that I've given it. And I've also, this is where I think there's a huge distinction in, in separator, if you will, of other, you know, just sort of broad data set data setted, is that a right word?

Is that a word? Chatbot? I've trained it to be a mix of both a coach, which is where I, I dig into your questions with clarifying questions again to get to the root of what you're really asking and needing as well as being a consultant for you. And the difference between the two is the coach helps you get to the answer, and a consultant just kind of gives you the answer. And so I've trained it to be a mix of both. I've also trained it to be a balance of empathetic and straight talking. And the chatbot is striving to understand and show empathy to you before asking you direct questions about next steps. And this is like a back and forth coaching conversation with me at your fingertips whenever you want it, 24 7, 365. And I've also trained it to keep understanding you specifically as it gets smarter and smarter the more that you use it, helping you with your specific challenges.

I could not be more excited about this. So pick Rick Sprain AI is gonna be a monthly membership and it will have a very nominal fee. Thus, I wanted to create something that's very accessible for people. And I'm gonna be releasing the pilot of pick Rick's Brain AI very soon. And so to be in the pilot, I'm looking for 100 people. I'm looking for a hundred people to start using pick's brain when I, when I open it up to start using it and giving me feedback on the experience. Okay?
