I am back with another quick tip episode. These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.
Does starting the hiring process overwhelm you?
In this quick tip episode, I am sharing with you a laser hot seat session that I recently did with one of our Accelerator coaching members where we talk all about getting clarity on who to hire.
This is a topic that comes up a lot, and I think it is because getting started with the hiring experience can be really overwhelming.
In this session, we cover the importance of finding someone you like, training, writing a job description, defining a pay rate, leveraging your resources, and more.
It is really important that you don’t overthink this process. If you start small and decide what you need this person to do and if they are a good personality fit, you will work the rest of the details out.
Keep in mind that when you hire somebody, they’re not going to be off and flying on day one. It takes time, and you need to invest your time to find the right fit for your team and your business.
If you want to have a bigger impact in your business but you’re not exactly sure how to achieve that without working harder and longer, apply to my 12-month rickmulready.com/accelerator! It will allow you to take the guesswork out of optimizing and accelerating the growth of your online business!
