They’re trying to do too much because they think that that is the key to growing and scaling. It seems logical that if you add more to the business, then that will add revenue, but actually the opposite is true. And believe me, I made the same mistake when I was starting out, and I learned this the hard way.
Simplifying is the key. Instead of adding more offers, optimize what’s already working for you. Not only is that going to bring in more revenue than overcomplicating, it’s also going to make your own life easier!
